Paris Fashion Week: So Chic’s Favourite Fashion Looks & Trends 2026

Every season, Paris Fashion Week sets the tone for the months ahead, bringing together the most influential names in fashion to unveil their latest collections. From striking silhouettes to unexpected details and timeless pieces reimagined, the runways offer a glimpse into the trends and ideas shaping the industry. From established maisons to contemporary labels, we’ve selected some of our favourite looks from this season’s shows, which took place between September 28th to October 6th, and the pieces, moments and creative directions that caught our eye.

Pulling from the Maison’s enduring codes, Dior balanced its rich heritage with a contemporary vision of femininity. On his latest collection, designer Jonathan Anderson stated:

This collection is about the constant flow of ideas that is so typical of Parisian life, and the spectacle of the everyday.

Carefully considered silhouettes, distinctive details, and flowing chiffon with floral elements and softened tailoring marked the catwalk whichh traced the perimeter and bridge on Le Bassin Octagonal.

Maison Margiela’s latest collection emphasizes the flexibility of shapes and forms, taking their artistry and setting forward possibilities of all colours, all within their eccentric and savvy aesthetic. The tensions between structure and fluidity are explored through reimagined motifs, unexpected material combinations, and a continuous undercurrent of disruption.

A vision of nocturnal glamour, with shimmering gold taking centre stage against a dramatic backdrop of black lacquer and the illuminated Eiffel Tower, Saint Laurent’s latest collection put forward the house’s signature blend of sensuality and power.

Returning to the Maison’s free-spirited roots, the collection blends romantic lace, statement sleeves, flowing silhouettes, and floral embroidery. All with vivid shades, oversized pieces, and statements, the playful edge puts nostalgia and expressiveness at the centre stage.

Celine’s modern identity of understated sophistication takes the spotlight in their latest collection. With sharp tailoring, little black dresses, fluid fabrics, Celine brings unexpected energy to familiar wardrobe staples. The result was a distinctly Parisian vision of style: polished, spontaneous, with individuality at the core of it all.

For Spring/Summer 2027, Matthieu Blazy explored the many facets of Gabrielle Chanel, weaving the house’s rich history into a vision of modern femininity defined by freedom and movement. The iconic tweed suit was reimagined with a lighter, more flexible construction, while sheer fabrics, fluid silhouettes and delicate bird-inspired details brought a sense of airiness to the collection. A thoughtful balance of heritage and modernity, the show celebrated the many identities a woman can embody.

For Spring/Summer 2027, Nicolas Ghesquière explored the relationship between fashion and movement, presenting a collection that brought futuristic imagination into everyday dressing. Ultra-light fabrics, fluid silhouettes and relaxed tailoring offered a softer take on the designer’s signature avant-garde aesthetic, while a spectacular runway featuring suspended concept cars set the scene for a vision of tomorrow. The result was a collection that felt both forward-looking and grounded in the realities of modern city life.
