So France le bistro-épicerie wins Épicures 2018 Special Jury Prize

Épicures, held annually in June in France, focuses on the World of Delicatessen, bringing together the best in the industry, including products, best practices and artisanal producers. So France, le bistro-épicerie participated as a new concept to win a label of excellence awarded by a panel of experts.

The bistro-épicerie – restaurant, wine bar, and gourmet store – brings to Singapore French products emblematic of every region of France (with good focus on the region of Nouvelle-Aquitaine), a concept restaurant-store first-of-its-kind opened early this year in March in the heart of Bugis.
