A leading contemporary restaurant recognized with a Michelin Plate, Claudine is led by Chef-Patron Julien Royer. Centered the flavors closest to Royer’s heart, the location is named after the chef’s mother to honor ‘honest home cooking inspired by childhood favorites’.
Found in the greenery of Dempsey Hill, Claudine has made a name for itself in a conserved colonial chapel within which much of the mosaic tiles, stained glass, and preserved timber beams remain.
The restaurant has two areas, the Grand Dining Room and the Terrace, opening up a space for all guests.
Not many people know this, but Claudine also offers certain products for purchase. In particular, you can treat yourself to a superb French Paté de Campagne.
