Art Workshops at Bastille Bakery

Flour meets canvas at Singapore’s favourite French bakery.

At Bastille, life is best lived slowly — over fresh bakes, good coffee, and moments that truly matter. This April, the beloved Joo Chiat café invites you to experience Joy, Love & Human Connection through a series of intimate Wednesday art workshops, inspired by the Renoir exhibition at the Musée d’Orsay and its earlier presentation at the National Gallery Singapore.

Led by Paris-trained painter and educator Olivier Mermet-Gaumel, each session is a gentle exploration of light, colour and the art of shared moments — no rush, no pressure, just thoughtful creativity unfolding over café au lait. In true French spirit, art and bakery come together as the most natural pair.

Each workshop includes a Bastille lunch set (sandwich, dessert & juice) so you can savour the full experience — palette in one hand, croissant in the other. 🎨🥐🤍
