Meet Louis Latour, one of Burgundy’s most historic wine houses, family-owned since 1797 and still going strong more than two centuries later. For one night, we’re pouring our way through Burgundy, from the freshness of Mâcon-Lugny to the richer, expressive reds of Savigny-lès-Beaune and Aloxe-Corton, all paired with dishes from the Les Canons kitchen specially created for the night.
