The French Chamber of Commerce Singapore Annual Gala Dinner is that evening. And the 2026 edition promises to be its most extraordinary chapter yet.

For over four decades, the FCCS Gala Dinner has been the unmissable highlight of Singapore’s French-Singaporean community, a prestigious gathering of more than 700 distinguished business leaders, C-level executives, entrepreneurs and tastemakers from both nations. In a poetic passing of the baton from last year’s celebrated guest, Julien Royer of 3 Michelin-starred Odette, the 2026 edition shines a spotlight on three rising stars of French gastronomy: Pierre Chomet, Matthias Marc, and Loïc Portalier. Bold, creative, and deeply rooted in classical French technique, this trio represents the future of a cuisine that never stops reinventing itself, and their menu promises to be nothing short of exceptional.

Guiding guests through the evening with his signature wit and infectious charm is Singapore’s own beloved entertainer, Hossan Leong, as Master of Ceremony. The perfect bridge between two cultures, two worlds, and one extraordinary night.
