Founded in 2013, Bar-Roque Grill (by Stefan & Nico) brings bold French dining to Singapore. Chef Stéphane Istel crafts seasonal, fire-led cuisine, while Nicolas curates the wine experience. Warm, vibrant and convivial, the restaurant has been listed in the Michelin Guide since 2017.

Located in the heart of Tanjong Pagar, the restaurant is renowned for its handcrafted charcuterie, pâtés, and house-cured meats, all made in-house with a strong dedication to traditional craftsmanship. This commitment extends to its meat ageing program, delivering depth of flavour and a true expression of the product.
Blending heritage techniques with a vibrant, contemporary energy, Bar-Roque Grill offers a refined yet convivial dining experience centred around sharing, fire, and flavour. Bar-Roque Grill also develops its own wine label in Languedoc, working closely with Christophe Mégel and Catherine Roque in Faugères
