Ingredients:
25ml gin
5ml fresh lime juice
10ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur 5ml absinthe
25ml Cointreau
Two dashes orange bitters
10ml honey syrup
Sparkling wine
Orange twist for garnish twist and serve.
Method:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the gin, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, absinthe, Cointreau, orange bitters and honey syrup.
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice and top up with sparkling wine.
Garnish with an orange twist and serve.
