From 3rd to 4th December, Riviera and diptyque hosted a fine dining workshop coupled with a series of scented candles.
Both the 4-course dinner menu and 3-course lunch menu was fully booked. Participants were served a tantalising Lillet Spritz by Pernod Ricard Singapore upon arrival and were given a tour of the restaurant overlooking the gorgeous Fullerton bay.
They were also introduced to the various diptyque scents in a quick fragrance class, and were able to try the fragrances on first-hand.
Following, participants were led to their tables and the fine dining commenced, with a specially curated festive menu by Riviera’s Executive Chef Rémy Carmignani.
