Saint Pierre: French Contemporary Fine Dining Minted One-Michelin-Star

Recently awarded one Michelin star, French fine-dining restaurant Saint Pierre offers a ritual pilgrimage of culinary ecstasy and unparalleled service that transcends simply fine dining.

Every plate is a part of my heart and my story; and to be able to share that with people is something incredibly special to me
Chef Owner Emmanuel Stroobant, Saint Pierre

2016 saw Saint Pierre’s move from mass-tige back to its fine dining roots; its triumphant relocation to the heart of the city at One Fullerton; and a return of many familiar faces, some of whom were regular guests who have patronised the restaurant at its old location at Central Mall over a decade ago.

Saint Pierre’s new home at One Fullerton is a masterclass in understated elegance. An intimate space with stunning panoramic views of the Marina Bay waterfront, the dining room exudes a quiet luxury with warm tones accented with hints of bronze.

Not only does this smartly dressed restaurant offer great views of the marina, but its assured service and discreet atmosphere also make it a great choice for those on a date. The creative and contemporary French cuisine comes with pronounced Asian elements, with much of the produce sourced from Japan. There is a choice of three set menus: ‘Classic’, ‘Discovery’ and ‘Prestige’, all of which are available with wine pairings

More than just a beautiful space, the dining experience at Saint Pierre is designed to set new benchmarks. Saint Pierre’s signature style shines as Chef Stroobant continues to seamlessly meld French precision and techniques with the heart and textures of Asian flavours and unparalleled devotion to fresh quality produce. Every plate is a work of art that offers and an expression of Chef’s incredible journey.
